Steven LevinChief Executive Officer
Steven has extensive experience in developing and distributing financial products, as well as in asset management and investments. Steven has been CEO of Quilter’s investment platform since October 2015 and was instrumental in leading the implementation of the new platform technology. He was appointed CEO of Quilter Investors on 1 April 2021. Prior roles include Global Head of Distribution and Managing Director of Skandia International (now Quilter International). He also served as Product & Proposition Director for Old Mutual in South Africa and globally for Old Mutual plc. Steven is a qualified Actuary and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Bambos HambiChief Investment Officer
Bambos is CIO of Quilter Investors. He joined Quilter Investors in November 2020 from Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he was head of multi-manager strategies.
His experience of more than 40 years in the industry, began in the actuarial department of Legal & General before moving into their investment division. After joining Morgan Stanley Quilter in 1987 to manage pension and discretionary equity portfolios, Bambos graduated to head of multi-manager roles, including stints at Friends Ivory Sime and Rothschild, before joining Gartmore in 2003 as head of the multi-manager business.
In 2011, Bambos joined Standard Life Investments (SLI), later Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he was the manager of the successful MyFolio solutions.
Bambos holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of London.
Helen BradshawPortfolio Manager
Helen is manager of the multi-asset Monthly Income portfolio range. She joined Quilter Investors in January 2019 having spent 15 years at Janus Henderson Investors. Whilst at Janus Henderson she ran a number of multi-asset strategies, with a particular focus on multi-asset income.
Helen holds an LLB law degree from Exeter University; the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law, Guildford and the Investment Management Certificate.
Stuart ClarkPortfolio Manager
Stuart has been the portfolio manager of the Quilter WealthSelect Managed Portfolio Service since its launch in February 2014. In March of 2020, Stuart also became the lead portfolio manager of the QIPML Caerus Select Portfolios.
Stuart joined Quilter Investors in 2013 and has more than 20 years’ experience in fund research and portfolio management at organisations including UBS Wealth Management and Julius Baer.
Stuart is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent.
Paul CraigPortfolio Manager
Paul is manager of the Cirilium portfolio range. He joined the business in December 2014 from Henderson Global Investors, following the acquisition of Cirilium. Paul has managed the Cirilium portfolios since 2009, taking on these responsibilities shortly after the inception of the original range.
He has more than 25 years of asset management experience and has also acted as a non-executive director of four investment trusts.
Sacha ChorleyPortfolio Manager
Sacha is the manager of the Compass Portfolios and co-manager of both the Cirilium Blend and the Creation portfolio ranges alongside Ian Jensen-Humphreys.
Sacha joined Quilter Investors in 2011 and has played an important role in the development of the asset allocation and investment tools used across the multi-asset ranges. Prior to joining the business, he worked at Broadstone with their team of economists during the financial crisis, before moving into asset allocation and fund manager research.
Sacha is a CFA Charterholder and has a degree in Maths from the University of Bath. He has also completed the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) qualification.
Ian Jensen-HumphreysPortfolio Manager
Ian is co-manager of both the Cirilium Blend and the Creation portfolio ranges alongside Sacha Chorley. He joined Quilter Investors in March 2020 from Seven Investment Management (7IM), where he was most recently deputy chief investment officer.
He joined 7IM in 2016 as a senior investment manager, focusing on derivatives and alternatives within multi-asset portfolios. He also co-managed the 7IM Real Return Fund during this period.
Ian started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 15 years specialising in risk management and portfolio hedging strategies, before joining Citigroup where he was responsible for identifying strategic investment solutions for UK pension funds.
Ian is a CFA Charterholder and has a degree in Physics from Oxford University.
Hinesh PatelPortfolio Manager
Hinesh Patel is a portfolio manager on the Cirilium portfolio range. He joined the business in 2008 working in fixed income and macro as strategist, an assistant portfolio manager and then a portfolio manager before joining the multi-asset desk in 2016. Hinesh has played an important role in developing the team’s investment capabilities and macroeconomics analysis. Before joining the business Hinesh was a senior analyst at Lehman Brothers.
Hinesh is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University, including specialisms in automotive design and aeronautics. He holds the Investment Management Certificate and has completed the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) level 1.
CJ CowanPortfolio Manager
CJ is a dedicated portfolio manager who partners with Helen Bradshaw on the multi-asset Monthly Income portfolio range. He joined Quilter Investors in August 2018 from Aberdeen Standard Investments where he worked in the Global Macro team, managing global government bond and global aggregate portfolios.
CJ is a CFA Charterholder and has a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol and an MPhil in Economic and Social History from Brasenose College, Oxford. He has also completed the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) qualification.
Bethan DixonPortfolio Manager
Bethan is a portfolio manager in the multi-asset investment team. Her role involves working with the multi-asset investment team across the portfolio ranges, as well as being an ESG specialist supporting the investment team in the integration of ESG into the investment process. She joined Quilter Investors in June 2019 from Pyrford International, a subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal, where she spent almost five years working as an equity analyst on the Asia Pacific desk with a particular focus on Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and India where she was involved in integrating ESG factors within the investment process.
Bethan is a CFA Charterholder and holds a degree in Natural Science, with a major in Physics, from the University of Bath.
Eimear ToomeyHead of Responsible Investment
Eimear is head of responsible investment at Quilter Investors. She joined Quilter Investors in April 2020 from Sustainalytics, a leading ESG research and data provider, where she oversaw client relations in EMEA. At Sustainalytics, her role included working with asset management clients to share her expertise, as well as new product development. As a member of the Sustainalytics thought leadership committee, she also worked to help identify emerging themes and trends from an ESG perspective. Additionally, Eimear led the thinking and development of their response to key regulatory and policy developments such as the EU High Level Expert group (HLEG) and on the Sustainability Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR.
Eimear has more than 15 years of experience in the investment industry. She started her career at Fidelity Investments before joining Merrill Lynch in 2006, where she worked as a portfolio manager specialising in equities and led the research and development of its sustainable and impact-focused investment solutions. In 2011 she joined Rothschild Wealth Management as a portfolio manager and equity research analyst, with a particular focus on charity clients and was heavily involved in leading the business unit’s involvement in Rothschild’s corporate sustainability programme. She joined Sustainalytics following her participation in the On Purpose leadership programme in sustainable enterprise and social impact investing.
